Privacy policy
1. Who we are
TAP GROUP S.A.S. (TAP Agency), tax ID 902.100.704-8, based in Bogotá, Colombia. Address: [Dirección de notificación en Bogotá]. Email: comercial@tapagencia.com. Phone and WhatsApp: +57 313 519 7344. We process personal data under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations.
2. Data we collect
- Data you give us when you book a call (through Calendly): name, email, company, website or social media, estimated budget, WhatsApp number, services of interest and how you heard about us.
- Contact data you send us by WhatsApp or email.
- Browsing data, only if you accept analytics and advertising cookies: pages visited, button clicks, device, approximate city and traffic source, through Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
We do not collect sensitive data or data from minors.
3. How we use it
- To schedule and prepare your strategy call and answer your requests.
- To send you proposals and follow up on the conversation you started.
- To measure how our website and campaigns perform and improve them.
- To show you TAP ads on Google, Facebook or Instagram, if you accepted advertising cookies.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
4. Cookies
When you visit the site we ask which cookies you accept. Necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your choice. Analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google Ads and Meta) cookies only run with your consent. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. Service providers process it on our behalf: Calendly (scheduling), Google (Analytics, Ads, Workspace and Meet), Meta (WhatsApp and advertising) and our hosting provider. Some of them store data outside Colombia, mainly in the United States. By sharing your data with us you authorize this transfer, which we only make with providers that offer adequate protection.
6. Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Access, update and correct your data.
- Request proof of the consent you gave us.
- Ask how your data has been used.
- Withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your data, unless we are legally or contractually required to keep it.
- File a complaint with Colombia's data protection authority (Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio) after contacting us first.
7. How to exercise them
Email comercial@tapagencia.com with your name, your specific request and how we can reply. We answer inquiries within 10 business days and claims (correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent) within 15 business days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and reply within 5 or 8 additional business days, respectively.
8. How long we keep it
For as long as there is a business relationship or interest in one, and afterwards for as long as accounting, tax and legal rules require. Browsing data is kept according to Google Analytics retention settings (14 months).
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page with its update date, and tell you about significant changes through the contact details you gave us.
